Overview
As the Creative Director for Riot Games Esports, I pitched, led, and oversaw the execution of a campaign that positioned Tyler1 as the spokesperson for the Spring Finals at NRG Stadium.
In this role, I oversaw a team of writers, influencer management, internal and external artists, the RFP process for external production agencies, as well as stage designers, lighting designers, and pyro teams to bring the full vision to life.

The Challenge
This was the first live show in two years following the pandemic, held at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. Our challenge was to design a set and produce a live experience that could not only fill the stadium but also deliver an unforgettable, high-energy return for fans seeing the LCS in person again.

Tyler1 is arguably the biggest personality in gaming, making him the perfect partner for this event. He brought unmatched energy both in the promotional film and live on stage, creating a must-see moment that fans couldn’t ignore and helping drive massive interest around the Finals.

The promotional film helped drive the highest AMA viewership for an LCS Opening Ceremony in the league’s history. The show received positive remarks from fans and stakeholders.
